Sunday 18th June

International Yoga Day EventAlexandra Palace, London N22 7AY

A massive free outdoor event at Alexandra Palace held each year on the Sunday closest to the Summer Solstice.  Practise yoga all day with sessions led by world famous yogis.  Complimentary bus runs from the tube station to Alexandra Palace. Just bring water and wear comfortable layers as you will be outside all day.  There is very little cover (unless they've changed things this year) so you could get wet or sunburnt depending on the weather!  It's similar to the Yoga Show but outdoors and much less commercialised - the focus really is just on yoga.  What more could you ask for???

Thursday 22nd June to Sunday 2nd July
