2018 Autumn Classes

Raphael Park Bandstand

Main Road, Romford RM2 5EB

Thursday mornings 11.00am to 12.15

Starting 13th September 2018

Meet in the bandstand

Practise the gentle, flowing style of Dru Yoga in the stunning surroundings of Raphael Park, Romford in the bandstand on Thursday mornings.  Dru is an accessible and enjoyable form of Hatha Yoga suitable for all levels of ability from complete beginner to experienced yogi. Over seven weeks taking us up to the end of October you will be introduced to a different Energy Block Release sequence each week.  Come to them all or drop in whenever you can - no need to book and, as we're outdoors, your place is always guaranteed.

Join Mary, a fully qualified Level 3 Hatha Yoga teacher, for yoga in the Bandstand at Raphael Park, Main Road,

Romford RM2 5EB.

Please bring a yoga mat, water and wear loose, comfortable clothes with lots of layers in case it gets chilly and for relaxation at the end.  Sessions go ahead whatever the weather as we're under cover in the bandstand.  If it is too wet or cold we'll go to Raphaels Restaurant instead for coffee, yoga chat and an introduction to yoga breathing and mudras (hand seals).

Parking in Lodge Farm Park, Main Road opposite Raphael Park (pay and display during the day) or free in surrounding streets - always check signs for details!

All abilities, including complete beginners, welcome!   Children can come too (no charge) and join in if they want or sit quietly with colouring (materials supplied)

£5 per adult - payable on the day
(free for accompanied children)
