Discount codes posted here are subject to expiry and cheaper (or even free) tickets are often offered nearer the time. Well being in the Forest Day
FREE EVENT
Thames Chase Forest Centre, Pike Lane, Upminster

- all day drop in event with meditation and yoga sessions
12.30 to 1.15pm
1.30 to 2.15pm
Come along, enjoy the various activities throughout the day and get refreshments in the cafe overlooking the meadow.
I will be leading the meditation and yoga sessions in the afternoon.

The centre offers a wide variety of activities and events for both adults and children including bike hire, organised walks, painting classes etc.
There is now an excellent cafe open 7 days a week.

Bedfords Park Centre and Cafe

The centre and cafe is open daily with a great range of drinks and snacks to enjoy with panoramic views across Bedfords Park all the way to London! Join me on Mondays 14th and 21st October - for Movement and Mindfulness 11.00am to 12.15 and afterwards in the cafe.

Walled Garden (follow signs from the Visitors Centre)
Open: Tuesdays and Thursday only
Wander around the garden, chat to the volunteers

Alexander Technique to alleviate pain and improve posture
